SM Wins in Yazhou Zhoukan’s Yearly Awards
(06 April 2015. Hong Kong) Celebrating its 27th anniversary, Yazhou Zhoukan, a leading Chinese business magazine gives SM Investments Corporation (SM) an award for The Global Chinese Business 1000 Awards—Oustanding Performance.”
According to Priscilla Yung, Assistant General Manager of Yazhou Zhoukan, “The Global Chinese Business 1000 Awards” assesses all listed Chinese corporations around the globe based on their stock prices as of the end of August 2014 and awards pioneers with outstanding business operations.
Yazhou Zhoukan also recognized other companies including SJM Holdings (Macau), OUE (Singapore), China Construction Bank (China), China Resources Enterprise, Limited (China), China Airlines (Taiwan), and ICBC (China) to name a few.
“We are grateful and privileged to have been honored with these awards given by Yazhou Zhoukan. Sio Executive Vice President and Chief Finance Officer of SM Investments Corporation said in his acceptance speech during the awards.
The event was held in Hong Kong and co-sponsored by the Chinese Chamber of Commerce.
