3 Million Vaccinated Against COVID-19 at SM Malls

SM Supermalls, the country’s largest shopping center, recently marked another milestone after administering over 3 million COVID-19 vaccine doses in 69 of its malls nationwide.


SM malls has served as safe, convenient, and accessible venues for the COVID-19 vaccination program of various local government units in the country since March 29, 2021.


“We are proud to be a partner of the LGUs as a venue for Covid 19 vaccinations, and are happy to announce over 3 Million Filipinos have been jabbed at our malls to date. We continue to keep our malls open as vaccination centers nationwide in our goal to end Covid 19 soon.” said Steven Tan, President of SM Supermalls.

SM has also rolled out vaccination drives for its employees, with a growing number of malls’ employees 100% vaccinated. It actively promotes its “Vax, Shop and Dine” rewards program in partnership with the T3’s #IngatAngatBakunaLahat program to give freebies and discounts to vaccinated mall customers.

SM strictly implements #SafeMallingAtSM and IATF safety protocols with over 70 SM malls earning their Safety Seals from their respective local governments, affirming their compliance with public health standards set by the government.
