Rosemarie Rafael knows what it’s like to start from the ground up—starting as a ticketing agent before becoming the founder and Group President of Airspeed. In 1985, she launched the company with just six employees and a single delivery van. Driven by a strong work ethic and a passion for logistics, she transformed Airspeed into what it is today – a trusted service provider with over 1,000 employees and a presence in more than 90 countries. For her, logistics isn’t just about delivering goods; it’s about enabling businesses, especially MSMEs and women-led enterprises, to grow and compete in an ever-changing market.
