We’ve established a holistic, groupwide structure that embeds sustainability across all our businesses, with oversight led by the Board-level Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee, and supported by the Executive and Sustainability Steering Committees.

This structure ensures robust risk and transparency reporting across the entire group focusing on what matters most—ethical business practices, climate action, inclusive growth, and long-term resilience. With sustainability integrated into everyday decision-making, we maintain alignment and accountability from the boardroom to day-to-day operations.
