SM Land Obtains PEZA Registration for SM Seaside City IT Centers in Cebu

(16 October 2012. Pasay City, Philippines) SM Land, Inc., the real estate arm of SM Investments Corporation (SMIC) signed on October 10, 2012 the Registration Agreement for SM Seaside City IT Centers in Cebu with Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) Director General Lilia De Lima (third from left). SM Seaside City is a 30-hectare mixed-use development project of SM Prime Holdings, Inc. which includes the construction of a shopping mall and office buildings.
