SM mall admin workers give kids their turn in PRIME program
Cabanatuan City—A total of 14 children of SM mall administration employees ages six to 12 have experienced how to work with SM through PRIME Kids event spearheaded by SM Human Resources Department here.
For SM employees, PRIME means Performance Driven, Results Oriented, Intense, Mindful, Exceptional.
Sharon Canino, HR manager, said SM’s PRIME are the principles that everyone should practice to achieved common goals and to serve the SM customers at its finest.
