SM holds customer care for PWDs seminar

MARILAO, Bulacan – SM City Marilao through its SM Cares Program on Disability Affairs conducted a seminar Wednesday on how to provide customer care to persons with disabilities (PWDs) to hundreds of employees working at the mall. The seminar focused on the proper ways of communicating and assisting PWDs.

“SM is not just a shopping destination but also a second home to many of our countrymen. With this, we would like to make their shopping experience in the malls as pleasurable as possible by creating moments of connection with our customers including people with disabilities,” said SM City Marilao Mall Manager Engr. Emmanuel Gatmaitan.
