Cebu gets three bounties from SM Foundation this week

Lapu Lapu and Cebu cities received this week three bounties from the SM Foundation Inc. medical program. These are: the turnover of the newly-renovated/refurbished Camp BGen. Ebuen Medical Hospital; the quarterly medical and diagnostic mission for the SM employees and their dependents; and the medical mission for the communities surrounding Barangay Pajo in Lapu Lapu City.

These initiatives are all part of SM Foundation’s mission to bring services to the communities where the SM Group operates and where they are most needed.

Last Tuesday, SMFI Executive Director Connie Angeles for health and wellness turned over the newly-upgraded BGen Benito Ebuen Hospital in Lapu Lapu City (almost beside the airport) to the men and women of the Air Force 560th Airlift Wing and the 205th Tactical Helicopter Wing and the TOWCEN or the Tactial Operations Wing Central, under MGen. Alejandro Baclayon, (Commander) through BGen. Marcelino Randy Tibayan, deputy commander of the Air Mobility Command.
