SM Prime Holdings, Inc. and SM Supermalls were recognized as among Asia’s Best Employer Brands for innovative initiatives across the employee life cycle.
In a statement, SM Investments Corporation said the firms were also acknowledged for the positive brand experience being created for the people and their contributions to talent management and development.

The transformational journey which started in 2017 helped define the SM Talent Management Framework delivered through the five HR Centers of Excellence (COE): Recruit Right, Perform Right, Develop Right, Reward Right and Engage Right.

Each Center of Excellence focuses on a specific aspect of the employee life cycle with dedicated projects aimed at developing and innovating our people programs.
