MANILA – SM Prime Holdings Inc on Wednesday said it was launching its latest office building ThreeE-Com Center and topping off the FourE-Com Center on Sept. 28 to expand its office space portfolio.
The two office buildings within the Mall of Asia Complex will add 114,000 square meters and 190,000 sqm of gross floor area (GFA), respectively, to the group’s office building footprint, SM Prime told the stock exchange.
With the two new buildings, SM Prime’s office building portfolio will rise to a total GFA of 595,000 sqm.
The buildings offer “ample office space suitable for the growing needs of the outsourcing industry and other businesses,” SM Prime president Jeffrey Lim said.
The 15-story twin tower ThreeE-com building will open with 97 percent of its space leased and was accredited by the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA).
Meanwhile, the FourE-Com Center, set to launch in 2019, is slated to be SM Prime’s biggest office building.
The Sy-led SM Prime currently operates 10 office buildings in different key cities such as Makati, Pasay, Taguig, Clark, as well as Taytay in Rizal and Sta. Rosa in Laguna.
