Torrential monsoon rains worsened by the recent typhoons “Henry,” “Inday” and “Josie” flooded large swathes and turned some areas in Bulacan into inland seas.

Through SM Foundation Inc.’s Operation Tulong Express program, around 1,500 families were given relief packs or “kalinga packs.”
These packs contain a kilo of rice, canned sardines, and instant noodles as well as bottled waters all packed in an eco-bag.OPTE is SM Foundation’s emergency response to victims of natural calamities and disasters.
