
Japanese brand Miniso recently opened its 52nd store in the Philippines on the second level of the Entertainment Mall at the SM Mall of Asia.
Miniso president Michael Hong and vice president Mariano Guy, Miniso International country director Johnny Huan, SM Mall of Asia SAVP for Operations Perkins So and mall manager Amy Gonzales opened the store with a kagami biraki ceremony.
Singer and actress Janella Salvador also graced the event.
Miniso SM Mall of Asia can has a wide selection of its creative and low-priced products ranging from creative home necessities, health and beauty products, fashion accessories, stylistic gifts, office supplies, stationery gifts and seasonal products, to boutique package decoration, digital accessories, and food and drinks.
In time for back-to-school season, Miniso also has affordable school supplies. There are notebooks and pens in various designs and colors, markers, stamps, pencil cases and many more fun and creative finds.
Headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, Miniso was founded by its chief designer Miyake Junya and young Chinese entrepreneur Jacky Ye, with three core values: quality, idea and low price. It has more than 2,100 stores around the world.
Miniso will also soon open at SM Molino and SM Consolacion.
